Facilities:
The Annual T-3 Men's Retreat takes place at the Si Colborn Group Camp in Mark Twain State Park on the banks of the lovely Mark Twain Lake. The camp has four sleeping cabins, each accommodating 17 people on bunk beads. An additional administration cabin can also accommodate 12 people. There is also plenty of space to camping out on your own. There is a central bathhouse. The dining hall has a full kitchen and outdoor cooking facility. Lighted basketball and volleyball courts are also available. There are also hiking and biking trails. For more detailed information browse the Camp Information menu to the right. In addition, some choose to stay in local motels for additional comfort. For example, the Dry Dock Motel is about five miles from the camp and has twelve motel rooms and seven extra bedrooms. The cost for two nights is $80 and as many as four could stay in a room. Dry Dock Motel’s phone number is 1 573 560-0084. You must make your own reservations if want to use this facility.
Please note the following:
* Mark Twain Lake is monitored by the Water Patrol. Be sure to have the proper license and equipment in your boat.
* Smoking is prohibited in all buildings of the camp.
* Open fires are allowed in designated areas only.
* Parking is in designated areas only and is limited. Carpooling is recommended
* The group camp can not accommodate RV's but Pop-Up's are welcomed.
* Skeet shooters are asked to keep firearms secured in their vehicles while on camp grounds.
* Boats and trailers may be stored in the parking lot on the right side of the drive as you enter the ramping area. This area is locked at night.
* Use of alcoholic beverages is limited to those 21 years of age. Due to the law and other liabilities those under 21 found consuming alcohol will be asked to leave the retreat immediately or as soon as they can safely do so.
